Is ISO 13485 Feedback the same as ISO 9001 Customer Satisfaction?

While both ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 standards address aspects related to customer satisfaction and feedback, there are some key differences in their focus and requirements.

 

ISO 13485 - Medical Devices Quality Management System:

In ISO 13485, the primary emphasis is on the quality management system for organizations involved in the design, development, production, installation, and servicing of medical devices.
